Cabins that exceed expectations
Our cabins offer a great alternative to the standard Yellowstone Park lodging; boasting comfortable beds, modern baths, porches, and several outfitted with wood-burning stoves.
There are 15 cabins located at the Ranch; ranging from the restored original Homestead cabin built in 1919 to our Aspen 3-story, 5 Bedroom cabin.
The cabin’s sleeping accommodations range from one to four bedrooms and are available creekside or within the Homestead area overlooking the ranch.
Each cabin has a unique history and personality with a western decor of its own.
Many visitors create a special bond to certain log cabins; such as famous author Charles Kuralt’s connection to the Grayling Double cabin. Honeymoon couples enjoy the Gibbon cabin with its private location along Grayling Creek. If you stay in the Mammoth, be sure to ask about its colorful history!

Homestead
The Homestead cabin is the original cabin that was built in 1912. Newly remodeled in 2014. Sits on the bluff overlooking the ranch, horses, lake and great mountain views. This cabin has 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 1 bathroom and a living room setting area.
Homestead North
Located on the bluffs, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Cabin looks out over the Creek and horse pasture and can sleep up to 4.
Homestead South
Located on the bluffs this 1 bedrooms, 1 bathroom Cabin looks out over the Creek and horses and can sleep up to 6.
Creek North
Located in the Main Ranch area, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is perfect for a family of 4. For larger families the North & South Creek Cabins can be rented and connected with the adjoining door.
Creek South
Locates in the Main Ranch area, this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is perfect for a family of 4. For larger families the North & South Creek Cabins can be rented and connected with the adjoining door.
Firehole
Located on the bluffs, with 1 bedroom (1 Queen and 1 Twin) and 1 bathroom and views looking out over the Creek and horses. This cabin is perfect for 3 people.
Gallatin
In the main Ranch area. This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin comfortably sleeps 5.
Gibbon
Located in the main Ranch area, on the banks of Grayling Creek. This cosy one bedroom, on bathroom cabin sleeps 2 people and is the popular choice for honeymooners and those who prefer a more private setting.
Grayling Double
In the main Ranch area, located next to Grayling Creek, with 2 bedroom for 2 couples or a family of 4.
Grayling Single
In the main Ranch area, located next to Grayling Creek.
Madison
This cozy cabin is located on the bluff with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and views looking out over the creek and horses, it can sleep up to 4 people.
Mammoth
This larger cabin is on the banks of Grayling Creek in the main Ranch area. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for families.
Yellowstone
This is the largest of the cabins in the main Ranch area. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably sleep 6 and feels as spacious as the Park it is named after.
Upper Aspen
Located at the base of the mountain, this upper floor cabin is the most recent edition to the ranch and overlooks the main ranch area and horse corral. It can comfortably sleep up to 7 people, with 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. For even larger groups, the Upper & Lower Aspen can be connected.
Lower Aspen
Located at the base of the mountain, this ground floor unit sits directly under the Upper Aspen units and overlooks the main ranch area and horse corral. With 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom, it can comfortably sleep up to 5 people, with 2 queen beds and a twin. For even larger groups, the Upper & Lower Aspen can be connected.
